Terms

All of my pieces are beautifully handcrafted from beginning to end, using the highest quality materials, in my Essex based studio by me. I pride myself in giving each piece I create the utmost care, attention, skill and love.  Hours of craftsmanship, passion and dedication go into the pieces I create and therefore no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Payment

We accept payment through most credit/debit cards online via PayPal which is a safe, reliable and quick way to make payment over the internet. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this method.  Alternatively if you do not wish to use this method of payment, please call us on 07720046001 and we can either arrange payment over the telephone or make arrangements for you to send us a cheque.

We will confirm your order via email so that you can then send us a cheque. All cheques must be in UK £ Sterling. Please allow 4 working days for your cheque to clear. Your order will be despatched once payment has been received and cleared.  As this may delay your order we do not recommend this payment method if you order is urgent.

Delivery

All of our design’s are made to order, we anticipate all orders to be despatched within 14 days of your order being placed. Orders will be despatched using the following methods:

UK ORDERS
Flat rates per order:
Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) £6.95
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be despatched via Royal Mail International signed for
EUROPE £15
REST OF THE WORLD £20.00​

Custom/Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke orders may take longer to be despatched, and an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you once your order has been placed.  If you would like your order in a hurry, please contact me via email to provide your required delivery date. I am always happy to help and will do my utmost to meet your needs. 

Please keep in mind that  shipping time is not included in production time.

Returns

Please take care when choosing your headpiece/jewellery and if you have any questions pleasse email me prior to purchasing your piece.  I am always happy to help in any way I can.

Returns can be made so long as the items are unworn undamaged and have been purchased from the collection without any custom changes being made to them.  ​Please make returns 14 days after you have received them, making sure they are returned in the exact packaging that you have received them in.

Returns and exchanges are not offered on custom or bespoke orders once the design, production and despatch have been made. I will however make any alterations that are neccessary to ensure you are completely happy with your piece.

Great care is taken to ensure that all of the items listed have acurate descriptions and images to show the intricate details of each piece.  Please make sure you have read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours.  If you are not sure whether a piece will match your gown, then please contact me and I will be more than happy to provide you with free samples of bead colours, fabric swatches etc. to ensure we colour match exactly.

By purchasing an item from my shop, it is assumed that you have thoroughly read and understand the item description, production and shipping times and agree with our terms and conditions.

Please note that the appearance of colours may vary between computer screens.
