Yes, as all of our pieces are individually made for each of our brides, we can customise the colour, size and any other elements you require to suit your exact needs. Email me prior to ordering to discuss your requirements.
I have adore your pieces but am unsure which accessories will compliment my gown?
Don't worry, if you are not exactly sure of what you want. Send me some images of your likes and dislikes, your wedding style, your dress etc. I will then email you with some design suggestions, its easier than you think and together we can design a piece to compliment your gown perfectly.
Do you offer a Bespoke Service?
Yes, we offer a bespoke service where we will design a piece especially for you. The process is easy, even if you haven't decided or are unsure of what you want yet. Just email me and let me know your dream, share images of your gown with me and anything else you think will help me to see your vision. I will get back to you with suggestions, ideas or more information.
Once you are happy with the design and we have decided upon the materials that will be used. I will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit so that I can begin working on your piece.
I will stay in touch with you throughout the design process and keep you updated so that you can see your creation unfold and make any small changes along the way. Before your piece is shipped to you, I will ask for the final payment and send you an image of your finished piece for your approval.
How Long until my order is shipped?
If you have ordered a piece from the collection without any custom changes then you can expect your order to be despatched within 7-14 days, sometimes sooner. Please look at the individual product description for information on production and shipping times. If you are ordering a Bespoke/custom piece then you will be advised by email of the exact production time and despatch date as this will depend upon the intricacy of the design.
How long until my order arrives?
All of our pieces are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) in the UK so once your item is despatched you should recieve it the following working day. For international orders these are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for and should be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Will I be notified once my order has been shipped?
Yes of course. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order and payment has been received and another email to let you know your item has been despatched. I will also provide you with your tracking number.
Is there a charge for alterations to an existing design?
Minor changes such as an alternative colour have no additional charge. There may be a small charge for changes such as adding extra pearls, or alternative gemstones, increased size etc but you will be informed prior to purchase if there will be any additional cost.
Can I return my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted on orders that have been purchased from the collection without any changes being made to them. The items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging 7 days after purchase.
I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges on Bespoke or custom orders once they have been made and shipped. I will however, be happy to make any alternations necessary to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
